MOVNAT® - THE CREATION AND APPLICATION
Erwan Le Corre learned physical fitness through running, climbing, crawling, and jumping through the French countryside where he was born. At the age of 15 he began studying karate and earned his black belt a few years later. He went on to explore many different physical activities: Olympic weightlifting, rock climbing, trail running, triathlons, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He created MovNat® in his late 30s, by combining his studies of ancient and modern physical training methods, martial arts, his experience in specialized sports, and his expertise of training in nature.
MovNat® is a comprehensive, holistic and mindful approach to the full range of natural human movement including walking, running, jumping, balancing, throwing, carrying, crawling, climbing, and swimming. It's progressive, safe, and supports physical competence for any area of life. The complex and adaptable movement patterns build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
